"Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the room is the walls are very* thin. You will hear other guests and footsteps easily… and when I tried to take a hot shower, my hot water didn’t work. It took a short while to get moved to a new room. I was so tired from hiking Salkantay, I was happy to finally take a hot shower and get to bed. The bed was warm and comfy and I was happy the room came with a heater. The breakfast is nottt friendly for anyone with dietary restrictions- you get crusty bread, cheese, ham, and eggs. I got fruit (1 banana & 1 tangerine) because I didn’t eat any of it. That was definitely disappointing… and then when I got back to my room, I smelled cigarette smoke because the walls are so thin, the windows also have cracks that let outside air in. At that point, I felt complete with my stay and left early, even cancelled the scheduled taxi I had and got my own taxi on the road. "

"We loved staying here, the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful with information about exploring Cusco. The property is so beautiful, as well as the rooms. Breakfast was great and everything was very clean. This is also a perfect location to nearby attractions as well as the main square. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco ! "

"Lovely property in the old town Cusco and close walk to the square and everything old town cusco has to offer. Our room was comfortable and everything worked. Hot tea was available in the courtyard and breakfast was reasonable. Its a beautiful property. Our biggest complaint is that the people in the room above us were very loud for our entire stay...sounded like they were constantly moving furniture or dragging suitcases or jumping around up there which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The pillows were also not the most comfy"

"La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es súper cómoda, las instalaciones agradables y el servicio muy bueno, el personal siempre atento y amable. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en la noche la calle se pone más animada, con música y movimiento hasta la madrugada. Aun así, en mi habitación casi no se sentía el ruido y pude descansar bien. Si tienes el sueño muy ligero, quizá lo notes un poco, pero en general fue una muy buena experiencia."

"They were very good having breakfast bags ready to bring with us since the flight was so early. Not sure about the hot tub since shower will splash all over the floor. Staff were very friendly."
