In a town filled with hostels and a few overpriced "luxury" hotels this establishment is a great choice. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the centre of town which is fine because they run a complimentary shuttle bus. A taxi from the bus station to the hotel was less than 80pesos anyway.
The hotel is situated opposite lake Buenos Aires and we had a lovely view especially in the morning and at sunset. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel one night which was very nice and...

Staff were super helpful and the place was very clean including the bathroom. Staff allowed me to use the kitchen to prepare my salad dinner which was very nice of them. Breakfast was very good too. Will likely book again in future.

This hotel was fine for me. It's new, and up above El Calafate in a newly developing area. At the moment it feels a bit far out of town, but this is because the streets are not yet paved and don't all have names on them so one tends to feel a bit lost and out in the sticks (at least I did). Am sure as this area develops and the streets are paved it will feel more part of the town. And, in truth, it's less than a 15 minute walk to the main street. In any case, as compensation the hotel...

We had a nice stay, enjoyed the room with the fireplace and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff: the 2 gentlemen at the reception, the young man how was working at the bar and the old lady that was serving breakfast.

An Excellent Hotel with great facilities and very helpful staff. However, it is away from the town center and difficult to find. But once inside the hotel, it is great. It has a nice swimming pool with heating.

We loved our stay at Linda Vista particularly because of the friendliness of the staff! Everyone took time to chat and be genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is very well situated, close to the main high street with shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
