"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. It is a shared terrace with the next room, but it was private since nobody was occupying the other room. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant downstairs were very friendly. "Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."
