I have stayed here before and place has gone downhill since. The AC did not work and they need to do maintenance to the place. Pretty loud too

Staff were all excellent and rooms super clean. TV and air con didn’t work for a period of our stay however everything else was fine. Would like to see some more facilities for Level customers. Very little to do & few options in the evening aside from one dedicated restaurant which was closed one night we were there. Everything also closes early which is a shame.

Maybe the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. Free taxi from the airport is amazingly convenient. Wonderful room amenities with what-every-hotel-room-should-have, a lighted magnifying mirror.

"Cheap and cheerful, for £30 odd for a night, breakfast included it was really good value for money. The hotel staff were lovely, good working wifi and parking. Nice breakfast and easy to check in and out of. Good working air conditioning and a decent sized room. The only downside was the bathroom ..."

"Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Relaxing pool area with lots panoramic view. Easy drive to Tirana if you want to see the city. Highly recommend."
