Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system.
Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.

Excellent experience. Great room and well furnished. Amazing view from the second floor window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Situated minutes from all the major museums.

1. Arrived at hotel, 9 steps from street to hotel, 2 heavy cases, 2 member's of staff at the bottom of the steps, 1 smoking, 1 on his phone. Neither helped I had to get the cases in myself (74 years old).
Sink in bathroom leaked all over the floor, reported on evening to reception, reported again the following morning bu evening still not fixed, finally duty manager came to fix.
Appalling service for what claims to be a 5 star hotel.
Didn't even offer a drink.
