"Room was spacious with a balcony and robes were provided. Beds were comfortable. Bed sheets did not fit the beds properly and there were various elements in the room, from the lock on the door to light fittings that needed repair in the room. I was informed when I asked in advance that they had vegan options at breakfast, nothing was marked with allergens at the buffet and very few clear vegan options were there, very disappointing. "

"Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on WhatsApp. When I finally got into the apartment it was different to the one I booked. On the positive side, the apartment was clean and everything was well equipped for meeting my expectations and needs siring my stay. A very stressful experience turning up in a Polish city with no instructions to find and access the apartment and unable to speak Polish to sort It out. "
