"Arrived for a short stay this week in a party of 4 to be told on arrival that 2 of us had been moved to the Ibis in town. Long and short is we had to get the sales manager down to sort it out and in the end we were satisfied with everything she did, but the girls on reception were terrible, unhelpful, laughing at the fact the wanted to send us back to the city despite having the room booked for a month and having an early flight at 6am the next day. Won’t stay here again."

"The rooms were very clean each day and fresh towels given to us. the decor is a little outdated and could do with a re fresh as well as the beds they are not very comfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress and every time you turned over the bed would creak loudly. Bottles of water were only given to us once on our 3 night trips. The hotel is very noisy at night with people slamming doors talking loudly, you can also hear all of the traffic , trams etc but it was ok. Easy place to stay close to centre for exploring."
