Our stay at Art Hotel Navigli was wonderful. The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely the best we have experienced (fresh fruit and vegetables including ginger for the juicer, even), the art decor remarkable and the room clean and well-appointed. The location - literally two blocks from the M2 metro, surrounded by many restaurants, basically on the canal and within a reasonable walk to the Duomo - is perfect. Highly recommended.

Staff was really nice, room was cleaned daily, view from the restaurant is top tier. The negative was that the room was extremely small, with the beds almost touching each other , otherwise you could not fit two beds in there. I was also supposed to receive a bottle of wine per check in, and I was given a personal size bottle of prosecco upon my request, which felt like false advertising . The staff was always pleasant, and the view from the restaurant is lovely. The walk to the duomo is about 15 minutes.
