"It was much better than I expected. The staff is friendly, they are communicative and send details via text. The location is amazing, near a lot of great shopping and restaurants. They have large and well furnished studios and apartments making for a comfortable stay. The rooftop offers 360 views of the city and a great spot to watch the sunset or just hang out. I would highly recommend this place and stay again. "

"The front desk service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the window in the room was not well sealed, so traffic noise from cars was quite loud at night and affected my sleep. In addition, the ceiling light in the room still emitted light even when it was turned off, which made it feel like sleeping with the light on and also disturbed my sleep. The hotel was not very clean and did not feel very comfortable overall. The water flow from the bathroom sink was very weak. Is this due to water-saving measures?"

"Spacious and clean room. Excellent location with several good restaurants nearby. Maiabik was our favourite for Mexican food. There’s a small coffee shop/bulk food store to the right of the hotel (walk past starbucks)…can buy nuts, oatmeal, etc. Ecobici is right across the street for easy access to the bike share. AR218 is right along the Sunday bike route. Roughly 50 kn of streets are closed to vehicle traffic on Sundays. This is a great way to explore the city. Hotel is about a 45-60 min walk from Chapultepec Park. UBER was also a very easy way to get around."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Traveled with small children and the children loved every minute of our stay, especially the pool. The rooms spacious and very clean. I plan to stay here again during my next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommend for families! "
