"It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet."
