"Very good staff. Very comfortable king beds and good selection of pillows. Good location in generally safe Providencia. Originally booked 3 nights here in Santiago but had to extend for additional 5 nights due to getting very sick from a very bad gastroenteritis I caught in a restaurant first night in Santiago. Staff were nice enough to change our bed sheets often because of my sickness. Air-conditioning was very good. Strong enough for both rooms as long as you don't shut the bedroom sliding door fully. Excellent shower that is very spacious and has multiple shower heads. Nice spacious lobby with lots of seating. Kitchen has limited facilities for actual cooking. 1 frying pan, 1 pot, but we made dinner in room every night anyways. Nice to have dining table and dining chairs. Balcony is very nice and spacious with 2 chairs and table.
One negative is the fact that though a Nespresso machine is provided in each room. 2 pods are provided only on your first night of stay. We stayed 8 nights and paid the same rate for each night, yet we only got 2 pods - not to mention that staying for 8 nights saves the hotel money vs 8 different guests with 8 check-ins/check-outs. Makes no sense. "
"Very comfortable although brief stay. Let’s not calculate the price spent per hour, but couldn’t be beaten for convenience as I transited between a domestic and international flight overnight. "
"they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great.
Staff is nice.
Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day.
No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout."
"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal.
We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing.
Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again.
Thanks Juan."
