"Amamos este hotel la ubicación es lo mas preciado a pasos de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, El Palacio de Gobierno y mucho mas. El staff del hotel de lo mas amables. El desayuno le da un super toque que amamos con mi esposo porque le encanta desayunar rico. Tenianos café siempre que queriamos y agua como parte del complements del hotel. Las habitaciones super funcionales y con aire acondicionado . Super recomendado . Volveria otra y otra vez."

"Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance. The water temperature for the shower took more than 20 minutes to warm up which is so inconvenient if you’re are on a schedule. Also I think is a crime to spend so much water in a huge city that has water problems distribution in some areas. The faucet was dirty . It shows some make up stains from previous guests I guess . Overall is good but the water temperature experience was terrible."
