O hotel apresenta aspecto de sujeira e falta de cuidado. Durante a estadia, precisei matar cerca de cinco baratas no quarto, o que é totalmente inaceitável. No café da manhã, havia uma barata circulando próxima aos hóspedes, situação extremamente desagradável e anti-higiênica.
O ar-condicionado não funciona adequadamente: não gela e ainda é muito barulhento, prejudicando o descanso.
O único ponto positivo é a localização. Fora isso, não gostei de nada e não recomendo. O...

"Infelizmente, minha estadia neste hotel foi péssima e não recomendo a ninguém. O maior problema foi a falta de higiene: encontrei baratas e outros insetos no banheiro, o que é inadmissível.
Além disso, o hotel é extremamente antigo e mal conservado. Havia várias coisas quebradas no mobiliário e o banheiro estava visivelmente sujo, passando uma sensação de total abandono. O custo-benefício não vale a pena diante do descaso com o hóspede. Procurem outra opção na cidade.
