The front desk staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also it had effective air conditioning, which we were so grateful for, as our visit coincided with a heat wave with temperatures in Paris in the lower to mid thirties. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. If you could find a bar tender you could get a drink, but since there was hardly anyone there the bar was abandoned. Supposed to be open until 11, but one night at 10 the reception guy said" He went home!".
