Hotel is really nice. We used the washer and dryer and it was great. Did not get to use the onsen because of our tattoos. Location was a little further than we expected and not much to do near the hotel. But if you want to be out of the city, this is a great location. We loved it.

The hotel description is very misleading. The rooms are extremely small, and the double room is one tiny bed (the same size as one bed in a twin room). Perfect place to stay. Its so clean, the staff is friendly, there is free shuttle by the hotel to/from Kawaguchiko station every 10 mins which takes literally 2 mins. Breakfast is included, very close to the kawaguchi lake. Highly recommended.
