"The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Check-in, dealing with the valet and wait staff, and the check-out process were all incredibly easy. The room was clean and neat, and offered an incredible view of the Gateway Arch, the Mississippi, and the park. The food options were great, and the daily breakfast buffet had just about everything you could have asked for. One word of caution for light sleepers, there is an interstate that runs just east of the hotel between it and the park. If you are getting a room with an Arch view be aware that you are going to get road noise from that traffic."

"The breakfast menu was fresh, delicious, and there was such a good variety of items to choose from. The staff was pleasant & professional. Absolutely loved this hotel & will definitely vist again. There were tons of restaurants & shopping on the next block. Garretts popcorn right across the street from hotel. Hotel is beautiful & rooms were clean with lots of amenities. Great place to stay!"

"One of the worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the electronics provided (like the hair dryer) were filthy. The AC and refrigerator barely worked. On top of that, I paid for valet parking and my car was damaged while in their care. Completely unacceptable—avoid this place."
