The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. This had placed it so it appeared to cover the width of the bed but was too short to cover my myself from head to foot. I turned the cover around the correct way but this didn't then cover all...

Nice and cosy place! In middle of mountains but in a small village!

Really pleased with our stay here, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us on several occasions, the location is absolutely beautiful, I would definitely stay here again

Loved the view from the room and the private part of the lake was stunning

Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!

The hotel was in a perfect location looking onto Lake Lucerne. I had booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived, we were given a family suite with seperate bedroom and sitting room so two balconies! Everything was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a delicious steak dinner in the onsite restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and we would defitely return again.
