"rooms were clean but the mattress has seen better days. Way too soft and in fact my husbands started having some back issues."

"Room clean, staff friendly, Breakfast was good except food temperature was cold. Breakfast attendant seemed uninterested when brought to her attention. Pool & hot tub clean & enjoyable. Would stay again."

"Pool and hot tub were great, nice and warm. Grandkids really enjoyed. Carrie at the front desk was wonderful. I interacted with her on the phone 2 different times before arrival when I met her in person. She was kind, cheerful and very helpful. Thank you Carrie my stay was perfect . "

"This is always our place to stay in Grand Island with our grandchildren when viewing the Sandhill Cranes. The family suite is perfect!!! The staff is friendly and kind. "

"Our stay went well, check-in was quick, room was clean. We checked out mid-morning the next day. Early afternoon my daughter realized she had left her headphones at the motel. She knew the exact location in the room where they were. I immediately called the motel. I spoke with a front desk clerk, who checked with housekeeping and assured me they weren't found. We pulled off the interstate and searched all our bags, no headphones. I called back and asked for an update and asked them to check again. They told me they would let me know by 6pm when laundry was done. I called again at 6:15pm and no headphones were found. I don't think we will return to this location. "
