"My room door was open when i got to it. I called to the front desk and was told that the housekeeping staff probably left it open when they finished cleaning it. The room door did not lock properly. The volume on the tv would not turn down and the remote did not work for the tv. When I reported it to the front desk, no action or suggestion was made. I wish they would have switched me to another room. "

If you stay here, be ready to step back into 1990. The most important thing that guests should know is that this hotel is not a four-star property, more like a two star property."

"The property was not inviting. Carpet was torn in places, ammonia smell around the room, several rooms with random construction type materials with shades open visible from the outside. Check in was slow but the staff was friendly. "
