"My toilet had not been flushed when I opened my room. Reception staff were awesome. 10/10. The banquet people were terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait for us to get out. Breakfast was terrible and had no taste. Pathetic. Beautiful new rooms. Very comfy. "

"Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!"
