"I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professional service provided by all the staff, led by Glen. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was clean & well-maintained thoroughly satisfied. There was a small mixup for the Airport pickup, in which Glen quickly set right by providing shuttle service back for our departure flight. The staff assisted us for a tour by contacting the provider even though we didn’t register our tour through the hotel. The staff was very helpful, Glen greeted us every morning for breakfeast and even provided hotel nurse service to my wife when she was stung by jellyfish on our tour. We will definitely come back to your hotel. Thank you very much for making our first Cebu trip memorable.
