"They have a bad plumbing system. My husband was using the Jacuzzi tube the water was backing up into the shower. That's a no no. Then hotel carpet wasn't clean. We ask for room service didn't change sheets."

"Checked in around 9:30pm and come to find out that the suite I had booked was given away. Staff stated room type not guaranteed if booked through 3rd party app. Was given a 4 person room for 6 people including 2 adults and 2 teens. Not optimal to say the least. Staff comped parking fee so there’s that I guess. Otherwise clean property and great breakfast. "

"The hotel was hot. Unbearably hot. Their AC wasn’t working or something. I had my room set to 60^F and I was still roasting. I even slept without covers! I also requested 2 wake-up calls and only received one, which only gave us 7 mins to get downstairs for the airport shuttle. Then, the airport shuttle was 10 mins late and after boarding and loading us all - made us wait 10 more mins! Which meant we got the family of four which caused us to be delayed another 10 mins! I will not be staying at that hotel again. Not a pleasant stay at all. "
