"Excellent location if you plan to go to Montserrat Monastery. On the morning of our trip, we left by car at 8:20 am and got to the railway station platform by 8:28 for an 8:30 departure— yes literally 8 minutes which even included time to park and purchase tickets for the cogwheel train up to the monastery. We needed to get there by 8:45-8:50 (ride was 15-20 minutes) to make it to our timed entry to the Black Madonna at 9:00 to avoid heavy crowds and have a more solemn experience. Our unit was clean, sheets and towels as well but aesthetics was not so good— a lot of unfinished stuff and subpar construction work.. But I personally don’t care much for aesthetics as long as the space is clean (no mold) and everything is functioning — toilets, shower, hot water; we simply needed a place to sleep and move on to the next journey.. And yes, it does have an elevator and merienda (packed snacks) and coffee capsules available outside the rooms 24/7!!.. And you have your own coffee machine in the room!.. Off-site staff was very responsive and readily available anytime by whatsapp! Not much place to eat in the area — 2 small places that alternately open. No on site parking but there was plenty of space outside to park. Area was quiet with really nice views even from our room (room had huge glass windows)"
