We were waiting for the elevator and the construction crew on the other side of the plastic was very loud and there was language unsuitable for children. The hot tub is outside, so not usable in cold weather. "

Room is huge, fridge and microwave are clean, Cable TV with premium channels. Nice location - you can go for a morning walk and just take in Lake Hamilton. Will definitely refer and def come back! Love the items that they give away at their check in counter, has a nice touch to it. Thank you for a relaxing stay. "

There was no air conditioning in the bathroom (even though there was a vent in There nothing came out no matter what we tried) it made it very hot when using hair dryers etc. The beds were pretty good but the room just felt dated and old. Not what I expected from a “Presidential” hotel. Staff was very nice when we checked in and out. Pizza at the bar was delicious. "
