"We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been a crappy room (but wasn’t, the room was perfect) you seriously need to give the 2 front desk employees that were working during my stay a substantial raise. You couldn’t have employees any better than them. Thank you for making our first time to Little Rock awesome and memorable and wanting to come back very soon. And don’t forget, they deserve a raise!!!!"

"This hotel is beautiful and historic. It’s the same place mobsters and celebrities from the 20s and 30s stayed. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, the front desk, the spa, and the bar! We even had a conversation with a handyman in the elevator. The rooms are very clean and have a lot of charm. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. I recommend checking out the baths, they are the original from back in the day, with a few modern touches to make the experience better. It’s the water from the hot springs, and when in Rome as they say. Loved this hotel and loved our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel with a nice staff. Loved having the gathering in the evenings with a free drink. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The room was nice and very clean. Would stay here again! "
