We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for us was definitely the hot springs. They were amazing! There’s something so special about relaxing in the naturally warm thermal waters, surrounded by such beautiful surroundings. Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

Helpful friendly staff, good food, clean and well equipped rooms and superb gardens with a host of birds. Can't fault it.

i thought it was not too far from the Airport to the Hotel . The hotel kept in contact with me . as i required shuttle service to get to the Hotel. Breakfast was great , staff where great.

Really enjoyed our stay! Felt less commercialised than some of the other hotels we stayed in which was nice, lots of wildlife around. We enjoyed the pool and bar area and the hot tubs were great to sit in in the early evening. Breakfast was really good and set us up well for the day. Nice there was a short trail on site too. Rooms was spacious and felt quite private with a good space out the front to sit.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here, the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, food was lovely, however I thought a little pricey. Breakfast was excellent and included. Trip to airport is approx $40 dollars but feel it was worth staying a bit further away from airport to be in such lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.

Fue nuestra primera estancia en este hotel y nos encantó, la ubicación es fantástica, el cuarto bastante amplio y limpio, llegamos un poco antes de la hora del check in y sin problema nos dieron nuestra habitación. Desayunamos en el buffet su costo fue de $255 pesos y estaba muy variado y rico.
