Top Central America Hotel Reviews

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff"

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
4/10 Poor
"Great facilities with separate pools for adults and kids. Staff were attentive and helpful.
However, the kids’ area needs updates and wasn’t always open. Also, very loud neighbors made it difficult for my daughter and me to sleep, despite security’s efforts."

Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort
4/10 Poor
"Good staff and clean room but property has insufficient amenities, especially food quality and options for a high-priced Hilton resort. Not a fan of buying additional tiered status for drinks, food and facility access. Better alternatives out there. "

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only
8/10 Good
"The resort is my favorite in Cancun. Always enjoyable!"

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort

Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"1. Stuff was ok friendly if you tip them ahead of time - on your fists day.
2. Rooms were old- smelled like mold, bathrooms were outdated.
3. Outdoor poll super busy with drunk people and old sun beds- cups for drinks are from1950ts - sticked like plastic.
4. Same food at the buffey every day
5. no possibility to make it to the restaurants except 5;15pm plus anyway the food was served cold- after experience the stuff was asking for extra tips and 5 star rteviews
6. schedules check in at 5pm- got the room at 7pm "

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Only recommend this for a party college kids. Food were just blah. No elevator, no room service! "

GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Clean room. Great staff. The pool and activities are very good. But a couple of things could be better:
1. Limited and repeated food items in buffet. Specially if you’re vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, your options would be salad, fruit and bread.
2. We stayed for 6 days and were given only 2 restaurant reservations. They only have 3 restaurants. For a 5-star, that is low (especially if you compare it to other properties in the hotel zone).
3. The staff forgot about a pre-paid birthday package I booked for my husband. When I called to check, they remembered and did the decor but they forgot to change the drink to non-alcoholic as per my request. We got it changed later but that was disappointing on the birthday night.
4. The swim up bar, pizza bar and cafe close by 6. So if you’re coming back from a tour in the evening and want to take a dip and enjoy the facilities, you cannot.
5. They have a $100 Mexican Pesos charge for room service. For an all-inclusive, this is an extra charge that most other hotels do not have. So that wasn’t something we were aware of.
Otherwise, the location is great. The pool is wonderful. The breakfast spread is very good. The lobby bar that opens at 11 AM is also wonderful and has lots happening each night. The theatre has shows every night that are different and wonderful. The kids club had activities between 4-5 PM like face painting, etc that are good too.
I would rate this place a 3.5/5 and call it a 4 star at best."

Fiesta Americana Reforma
8/10 Good
"The hotel is quite old, so there were many areas that needed fixing. For example, the room key was loose and did not work properly. If it is repaired well, I think it can continue to be a good hotel. The room was clean, and overall, it was decent."
