"Friendly staff "

"The hotel had a modern look in the lobby and my room. I liked the walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows didn't provide support. The hot breakfast was satisfactory; the fresh yogurt bar was unique."

"Excellent service. Wonderful meals served at the restaurant. Were able to accommodate allergies for both dinner and breakfast. Clean, comfortable room provided. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Appreciated the evening hours for just adults."

"I would like to rate the staff higher however this is the second year I have had an issue with the housekeeping staff. My husband and I attend an event not far from this hotel around the same time every year. Because the event doesn’t start until later in the day, I asked for a late checkout. For $15 I was given until 1 pm. But even though I had a late checkout, the housekeeping staff began knocking on my door at 9 AM. I told them to go away, which means I’m obviously occupying the room and I had not checked out. They then knocked on my door at 10 AM which I said please go away. I have a late checkout. And then at 10:30, I could hear someone trying to use a key card to open the door without knocking. Luckily, I had locked the deadbolt. At 11 AM, I received another knock in which I walked up to the door and said please go away. I have a late checkout. Call the front desk. And then again at noon, they knocked on the door. At this point, I was very upset. I told the housekeeper to please go away, that I had a late checkout, and that she needed to call the front desk. She just stood outside my door until I walked back to it and told her if you don’t leave, I’ll call them and tell them you’re harassing me. Due to a health issue it is difficult for me to sleep. All of this made it impossible. I used to work in a hotel- this was ridiculous."

"Clean, great staff, great amenities "

"Where do I start? Check-in, I was told I'd have to pay a cash deposit. Nothing on the booking site mentioned anything about this. Pool area. Apparently the hotel rents out their pool on Mondays for swimming lessons. I was relaxing in the hot tub when a woman and her two kids showed up with an older woman. What commenced was the older woman yelling and whistling at the kids as she attempted to teach them. The doors which are labeled "Locked for your safety" most definitely were not locked. "

"The staff are nice but the room wasn’t clean. The desk was dusty. I am a light sleeper. I didn’t sleep at all for the whole night. I can hear anything from people were walking in the hallway. The room upstairs were stomping on the floor nonstop. The furnace was making noise the whole night. I can’t believe how much I can hear everything. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper or you might want the ear plugs. It’s my fault that I forgot to bring my ear plugs but still "
