"The team is welcoming and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was, an update is in order! The interiors of the rooms are painted a gloomy dark greenish brown with brown trim and very old furnishings. Instead of replacing an old cushioned chair and ottoman, an unfinished upholstery cover was laid on top. I never sat in it. The bedspread was a very dark brown the toilet was missing bolt covers. For Hotsprings being such a famous tourist destination, I can't imagine not upgrading! The rooms look like you're going back to the 70's or early 80's and the furniture is probably original. Gloomy rooms. If you want a cheerful place you might want to pass this one up. The team works hard and deserve recognition but, the owner hasn't put anything back into the asset but, the absolute bare minimum. Also, it's not in walking distance to bath row or downtown. It's next to a man made water theme park that is not supplied by the mineral waters. You'll need to drive."

"Nice view from balcony. Faucet in tub didnt want to stop running and when we got to the room the tub had water in it. Other than those minor things everything was great; room was clean, facility was clean, plenty of parking and neighborhood was quiet."

"Good hotel room, loved the jacuzzi room. the juice machine had strange thick juice and the waffle machine was not working. Not great breakfast area and out of coffee the second day. Staff was nice and tried to fix the water dispenser."

"I booked this online, only going by the pictures. When I arrived at the property, I almost turned around and left; it looked ROUGH. There were only two vehicles in the parking lot (around 4p on a Monday), and the place looked like maybe it was abandoned or possibly under renovation. It was too late for me to get my money back because I needed a place to stay that day. The receptionist was an older lady and she was very nice. Very friendly, helpful. I made sure to park my car near a light pole in full view of the front desk doors, because I really wasn't sure how safe either I or my car would be. I checked into my room; it was....OK. Inside the door looked like maybe it had some rust or something but the room itself was clean. The bathroom was also just...OK. The bathroom had a popcorn ceiling that looked like someone had done some work in there and had sprayed something on it to cover up the work. I needed to go to bed early; around maybe seven or eight o'clock, I heard what I believe were children playing somewhere down the hall. I heard a door slam a few times but it wasn't next to me, so it didn't disturb me that much. I found out that the pool was actually down the hall from me, so the kids were just probably playing. Slept pretty good; the bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. The AC worked very well. I checked out around 345a with no issues. I think if they just put in the work, it could be a nicer place but overall, not bad for now."
