"Hermosísimo hotel, súper bonitas habitaciones y amplias con patio y algunas con hamacas. La zona de la alberca es muy relajante. El desayuno lo consumimos ahí y todo súper bien y natural. La recepción 24 hrs es muy conveniente y la ubicación es perfecta. Disfruté muchísimo la ciudad en este hotel y volvería. Gracias! El personal súper amable y dispuesto ayudar. También te cuidan tu llave al salir."

"This place was awesome. Made it feel like you were out in nature while walking around the grounds. The underwater pool, was quite the experience and the storybook ice cream parlor was amazing and so was the ice cream. Highly recommend this place."

"I love these hotel it was so beautiful, the rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. The location is perfect right in front of the plaza and everything is close within walking distance, the city is amazing with so much history and beautiful architecture, the staff at the hotel were so helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. For sure on my next visit to Valladolid and staying at this amazing hotel."

"We were in Valladolid for the last night of our 8-day road trip. This hotel was a very nice surprise much better than we anticipated. Location is perfect, staff was absolutely amazing! It’s a new hotel and they did a wonderful job with decor and overall layout. Our room was very spacious and a nice balcony. The girl who checked us in gave us so many options for dinner and drinks, she was super helpful! There are a few restaurants in the hotel at the front to eat and even an outdoor bar and souvenir shop. I will absolutely stay here every time I sleep in Valladolid going forward."

"The property is very nice, the restaurant serves good food, and the parking is excellent. However, in my room, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and it took a long time for the water to get hot; also, the towels were very old."
