"There was no microwave. The sheets and blanket was stained. The bathroom pipe underneath the sink was leaking. The front door was loose. The bathroom especially the tub was dirty. There was hair on the wall in the shower area."

"Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9 am. Then the property doesnt want to issue refund because they said we didnt contact them. Hard to do with no phones or open lobby and front desk. By far the most miserable hotel experience in my life"

"Checked in on Thursday night and waited almost 30 min for someone to come to the front desk. Once they did the associate acted as if she had an attitude about us checking in. The rooms were okay, but the hotel definitely needs to be updated. The hallways and elevator seemed dirty, and I had an issue with the faucet in my bathroom that I reported but no one fixed it. I guess you get what you pay for."
