El peor hotel de Celaya, está sobre carretera alejado ya de la Ciudad sobre zona industrial, peligrosa, hotel feo, sucio, viejo, muebles viejos y rotos, el baño no sirve se salía el agua, alfombra sucia, colchón viejo y una sabana rota y mal oliente no me quede en ese hotel, solicité cancelación y reembolso EL CUAL NO ME HAN HECHO.

El minisplit no funcionaba y no me informaron hasta que llegué a la habitación, les comenté que era deshonesto de su parte no informar las condiciones en las que estaba la habitación antes de rentarla o cobrarla, solicité cancelar el servicio pero ya llevo casi un mes sin que me devuelvan mi dinero

FRAUDE FRAUDE FRAUDE

No respetaron la reserva y nos querían mandar como opción a Irapuato tanto hoteles.com como el hotel de muy mala reputación MISION EXPRÉSS CELAYA que después vimos todas las pésimas valoraciones, realmente muy decepcionados porque no nos reembolsaron lo pagado. Entre ambas empresas se pasaron la responsabilidad y dejaron en un estado de limbo a un servidor junto con 2 familias más que tuvimos que reservar y pagar a precio de ese mismo día en otro hotel y solo tuvimos de respuesta del hotel pues es la única opción que podemos darles mandarlos a Irapuato es decir a 45 minutos y. Hoteles.com solo dijeron que el hotel no iba a regresar el dinero. Muy mala postura de tratar en estos tiempos al cliente cuando hay muchas opciones y lamentablemente por el servicio que anteriormente me había dado a través de la plataforma de hoteles.com uno continuaba eligiendo a la plataforma. Nunca había pasado esta situación de dejarnos sin alojamiento y sin rembolsarnos

Úselo solo en caso de emergencias

El hotel es viejo, tiene tina de hidromasaje, pero no sirve, la toalla estaba rota y vieja, la televisión solo tenía canales de televisión abierta. Hoy que pedir la plancha, no hay en la habitación Buen internet, pero el hotel ya está muy viejito, mejores opciones por el mismo precio

Esta en la zona industrial de celaya o que facilita el traslado a las zonas de trabajo, lo que no nos gusto es que el tren pasa a un lado y hace muchisimo ruido, te despierta dos o tres veces durante la noche y la madrugada

Muy mal el hotel, las instalaciones en mal estado, la habitación sucia, había una cama y un colchón tirado en el suelo , decidimos no quedarnos y nos retiramos inmediatamente, no vuelvo a reservar con ustedes.

debido a las condiciones anti-higienicas del lugar no me quede ahi, parece un hotel abandonado, las instalaciones están sucias, los sillones del recibidor y la habitación están tan sucios que parecen recogidos del basurero, no se diga el resto de las instalaciones, el elevador se encuentra fuera de servicio.
