"Great location and a nice boutique hotel. Walking distance to the city center. The staff was very friendly. The amenities provided were good along with the made to order breakfast. Valet parking was very helpful. Some days we parked in the street that felt safe as well. "

"The hotel is a landmark and is exquisite, albeit in a worn-in way. The location is excellent -- couldn't get any better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the room was old, worn, and tired, and lacked amenities. Given the fact they claim to be a "luxury hotel," it was sorely lacking in so many aspects and it is most definitely not "luxury." Most of the towels were old and worn; the bathroom, whilst large, had very old plumbing and fixtures. One had to wait for the hot water...
