"This time I was given a “good” Casita with a working TV and a kitchen with working appliances and good utensils, etc. It’s amazing how conditions vary from Casita to Casita. The one we had this time was perfect. It looked more put together and with plenty of furniture. The hotel is always beautiful. What ruins it is the bad service that you encounter sometimes and the lack of options at dining and subpar services. "
