"Hotel Rumbao is fantastic! The mangers Marylis and Jorge Paris were amazing. The staff was great from our bartenders Nathanael, Jean, and Fernand. The check in staff Sebastian were very nice and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean. The food was delicious and the drinks were hitting. We can’t wait to be back. We did not want to leave."

"I was hesitant in staying at this property due to reviews that I found on other platforms. Expedia has only good reviews, but when you look deeper, they are pretty bad. Our stay was excellent! We arrived hours before check in and were able to store luggage and use the pool and beach facilities while waiting. It was the perfect start of a relaxing morning to our vacation. The lobby and main areas of hotel are exacerbated as pictured. The only difference was the bathroom mirrors were very old and “peeling”. But that is it. Our room had an amazing ocean view, comfortable beds, and clean. Great location by many restaurants and easy to navigate the area. The concierge Caesar- I need to give a special shout out to- he was such a welcoming gentleman. He is friendly and full of fun character, we felt so welcomed by his presence and was the highlight of our stay."
