"This is close to the entrance of Kings Canyon National Park. Good for a budget overnight stay. The staff is great and the food in the little restaurant is good. The bed is okay - not great support. I did not like that I had to pay an extra &10 to get ice and use the refrigerator. The $10 also covers laundry. The dryer took forever to dry my small load."
"Great place to stay and not far from the Ash Entrance to Sequoia National Park. The place is well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. I would recommend eating at the pizza place which is close by."
"It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed and wasn’t cheap either. Staff wasn’t friendly. We checked in at 5 and they gave us a room that was completely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned when I complained they just said sorry no offer to move our stuff or even offer us free coffee. Of course they don’t have to do anything because there are no other lodges nearby."
"Great thing about this lodge is that it is inside the park. Also, there is a gas station on the property. The amenities are super basic. The breakfast can be made better with little effort. The bananas were ripe and black!
The rooms are good. The staff are friendly."
