"Staff was friendly- especially Jeanette in the dining room! Beds are super comfy with lots of pillow options. Bathrooms are well appointed and clean."
"OK hotel for the price. The inside looks good, but they need to do something about the interior of the building, it looks really creepy from the back. The cleaning staff needs to make sure the entire room is clean (the table was sticky and with visible spills; they should vacuum more carefully). Reception staff was very nice and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast each morning was excellent — fresh, well-stocked, and a great start to the day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt uncomfortable at times, especially with my child playing and moving around. Overall, it’s a nice property, but keep in mind the extra costs and limited privacy.

I’m traveling with my sprinter van business and I booked room here after the load was delivered. The next day my dispatch company was not ready for me another load by checking out. I explained my situation to the manager and he allowed me to sit in the lobby until I got my next load or get another room .
That was very important to me. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ve found a good place to stay.

"Nice and modern and well appointed. Very clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to Acadia Farms for coffee a few groceries and delicious biscuits. Easy ride to UNCSA and downtown Winston-Salem.
There may have been a squatter living on the porch of the house next door. We weren't worried as we are big city people but other guests may feel uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay in WS."
