"Cute eclectic room design! The pool is huge, but it was in the adjacent building. It’s a great hotel & the location was very convenient to walk to the Gyeongbokgung Palace. The underground mall is accessible right outside the hotel & walking distance to the Myeong Dong marketplace. The staff was very friendly too!"

"Excellent hotel well located in Seoul. A large bedroom with comfy beds and good bathroom. The plus is the open, kitchen freely available all day (anytime), with noodles, eggs, bread, jam, coffee/tea that was super useful. Personal is very friendly as well "

"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. O my thing I couldn’t figure out at first was you needed to put your key into a slot to turn the electricity on in the room. 😅 Staff was helpful explaining that to me! "

"Rooms were clean, laundry conveniently located on the 3rd floor which makes it easy. Whilst the rooms were on the smaller size, it did have a nice Japanese-homey type feel to it. "

"Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, location is walking distance to Myeongdong street, and steps away to subway and bus stations. Also same building with to Starbucks and 7-Eleven and McDonalds is just across the street. Rooms are a bit cramped though for a family of 4 but overall was a good stay. "
