Very good hotel but beds too hard
"Room & service was great, clean & fresh. Bed was clean but a bit on the hard side, not good for someone disabled, woke up in considerable back pain but can't complain about anything else."

"Very smart and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. parking was great. It's a bit of a walk into Whitby mostly because (like the whole area) it is a bit hilly. Dangerous staircase
"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. ..."
