Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worse is fair

It was the worse I had since long time, the place is not clean at all, so much ants and insects everywhere. The floor heating system was very high and the place was boiling, all amenities were either not working like the water kettle or no cutleries or tableware enough. Towels were torn out and not good to use. Horrible experience
