The tiny island's 'go slow' motto comes alive with snorkelling trips to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and swimming with nurse sharks. Rent a bike to explore colourful wooden houses, then grab fresh lobster at beachfront grills where locals and travellers mingle at sunset.
We loved our stay at Magic Island, its a great hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday but still able to access the south side of the island at ease. The rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and have everything you need. The staff really make this hotel, they are amazing and create such a special experience for guests!

Lovely modern wooden cabins with balcony.
10 minute walk to the centre of Caye Caulker and the water taxis.
Very helpful and friendly owners.

Superb location.
Staff were so helpful. Room was excellent, huge bed with lovely linen. Large bathroom with nice towels and separate beach towels. We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them.
I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Brand new, clean and very comfortable. A special thanks to all the reception staff who were warmly welcoming, unfailingly cheerful and always helpful. Hotel is away from the 'action', but there is a free, fairly regular ferry to the centre across the Split. And a lovely roof terrace with bar and restaurant to watch the sunset from.

Super nice hotel, great location and clean rooms with hot water. They have TVs and netflix as well as housekeeping, would recommend staying here as its 40metres from the ferry drop off point too. Check in is in the supermarket below.

Last minute booking but we arrived about 10am and they kindly checked us in and gave us our room right away! Room was big and very comfortable. The pool was perfect!

Friendly guy from the supermarket below showed me my room. I was early and it wasn't ready yet but the adorable cleaner did it next. A big, clean room (triple). Good value. The only downside was ither guests who nake nouse late at night coming back ftom wherever.

Lovely stay in Caye Caulker. Hotel was perfectly located. Had downstairs room so not huge ocean view but room had everything needed and was clean. Would stay again as relaxed and welcoming.

The room was basic but clean and they let us leave our luggage prior to check in so that we could do a trip which was helpful.
The area is quiet .
The room was large, and the aircon worked well.
You can get coffee in the office each morning which was good.
There is what appears to be a family dog loose in the resort , and it doesn’t bother anyone but we did see dog mess on the ground which was a bit off putting.
