I stay here often and it’s not cheap. I asked for a 1 pm checkout from the Night Manager, who wasn’t very useful and decided he wanted to push his authority around and even when I said to him I was a memberTFE Hotels, he wasn’t even aware of this and then decided to put a note into the system to ensure the next Manager would not be as kind. I’m sure I won’t have anybody calling me to apologise. The room was there was so many things wrong with it. It’s a shame. Emma is no longer the manager there.

We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.
