"Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful. The hotel is being expanded so building works and the bathroom needed tidying up, but otherwise kind staff, extremely comfortable room, delicious breakfast and wonderful driver, Irfan, who took me to Gobleki Tepe and taught me (some) Turkish. "Amazing location in Sanliurfa with everything within walking distance. El-Ruha is across the road from the Fish Pond where I highly recommend to sit and relax and drink some Cay in the gardens. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, staff were always helpful. Our bed was comfortable, we slept very well. "

"Best part about the hotel was the staff and owner. The owner is also a historical tour guide and provided the most fantastic personal tour. It greatly enriched the experience and immersion into the local culture and extraordinary ancient history of Urfa and Harran. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely recommend the owner's tour guide services. You will have the most fantastic experience and want to return again ..."

"My sister and I spent two nights at this hotel, service was amazing, room was very clean and so was the bathroom, no mold , no bad smell, beds and pillows very comfortable and room extremely spacious . No issues finding parking for our car, they helped us park right in front of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy , but totally comfortable. Just don’t expect much for breakfast, it is very basic to just have a bite before you leave for the day,"
"The staff's attention to details was amazing! Before we arrived we got detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel and where to park a car. We didn't drive there but had planned too, the parking is a bit further away but the staff will help you if needed. We also got recommendations of place to eat and what to go see with a map of the city. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a great location near the bazar and walking distance to fish lake and the museum. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful.

"Son derece merkezi bir noktada, park konusu biraz sikintili ama hotel yardimci oluyor. Hotelin avlusu ve odalari gayet yeterli ve sizi Urfanin tarihi dokusunun icine aliyor. Tekrar konaklayacagim bir yer."
"A lovely renovated historic hotel.Comfortable soft bed.Delicious breakfast with local produce. Cannot thank Ishmael enough for all his help with our vehicle problems. He is very obliging..a great host."
"Exceptional staff with attention to details; they were very accommodating & eager to help & communicate. Like many places in Turkey the only obstacle is the language barrier. People are fantastic & the staff, Adam & Gallup (sp?) here was no exception.
Breakfast was the highlight of our day. This was by far the best breakfast in all the places we stayed in Turkey. Each day there was some different dish. We couldn’t eat it all because of the volume.
The room was clean, shower was good with no water issues though shower floor was quite slippery when wet. "
