"For a relatively three-star rated motel there are many amenities of a 4-star location. The breakfast is OK, not great, however not bad. There are eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and waffle makers. Being on the river is a real plus and the safety features in place are good. We will stay again."

"If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating."
