This property is wooded and large and the villa in fine repair and comfort. The restaurant Oseleta is good but not as high a standard as most one star restaurants. Staff if very pleasant and helpful.

A beautiful hotel in a great location not too far from Lake Garda and also just 15 minutes from Verona Airport. Wonderful staff throughout. Would definitely recommend. Lovely pool, unheated, but okay to swim in even in mid September. Great food and selection of local wines.

Would recommend, perfect relaxing spot.
Spent a couple of days there, relaxing, checked out the opera in Verona. When we checked in the hotel manager was super helpful in helping us navigate where to eat and park in town etc. Nice pool- we were there during a bit of a heat wave and it was a very enjoyable stay well air-conditioned rooms etc.

Splendid setting aside from...
This is a beautiful setting in Italy... the buildings are just what you'd expect at an Italian vineyard. Very relaxing by the pool and in the spa (the quiet room is AMAZINGLY peaceful)... until you hear the crying babies. We stayed in August and that's the season of family vacations os there was no way around it. Sadly, there are no rules in Italy about taking a baby who is still in diapers into the swimming pool. When I saw that, I chose not to go back in! The staff are impeccable - friendly, courteous and totally on top of perfect service at all meals, arranging local trips and so on. Aside from the crying babies and spoiled young children of August, this place is a wonderful oasis.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool area was wonderful and very relaxing. We had a large room with a terrace which was very comfortable. We ate dinner at the bistro, and lunch at the Michelin restaurant, Oselata, both of which were fantastic. The only downsides we found were that the service at lunch in the bar area was a little slow, and the housekeeping service was a little less tidy than we would have expected (they didn’t clear cups etc at turndown), but otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location and amazing staff. The facilites and spa are excellent. Really good knowldge of gluten free and just a really great atmosphere. Short drive to lake garda providing you can bring yourself to leave the villa. The michelin star restaraunt is a must visit and a wonderful way to spend the evening.

Incredible Hotel!
Incredible hotel and staff. The hotel is gorgeous and the surrounding area is incredible. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay by recommending restaurants, vineyards, and other things to see/do. Hands down the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. Recommend 100% if you want a relaxing vacation.

This is a very special place!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The service was absolutely exceptional. We enjoyed our meal in the Michelin starred restaurant, and the wine sommelier, Ioan, was exceptional. He also did a private wine tasting for us. Overall an extremely positive experience and we would definitely utterly come back!

Fantastic romantic weekend away
Fantastic stay in a great location - the hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Verona and 15 minutes from Lake Garda. However chose to spend the entire weekend relaxing by the pool and eating in the great on site restaurants, and we couldn't have picked a better hotel to enjoy ourselves. We will be back to explore Veron and the lake and will certainly stay again. The food in the Michelin star restaurant was exceptional, as you'd expect, and the bistro wasn't far behind.

Beautiful, Stunning 5* Hotel
I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon. The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards. We booked an elegance room which has a hot tub, but our hot tub didn't work, so they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. The staff were a delight and happy to help and take photos of us. I enquired to see if I could have balloons in the bedroom for when we arrive, and also a birthday cake from the restaurant, they said it was no problem and went ahead with my request. My boyfriend was delighted with the surprise, and so was I. Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. P.S. If you stay here you must go for a bike ride (free bikes), the view is stunning.

The hotel is good for a relaxing .. It is country side hotel .. There is no elevators .. One floor only .. Outdoor pool .. The hotel as an overall 7/10 .. The spa was amazing .. Their breakfast was average

During our two week vacation in Europe, this was by far the most outstanding hotel of all the places we stayed. The resort & it's staff are first class. Beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, outstanding service & meals. You will not regret your stay at this resort.

The northern Hills of Italy
The service was great. Arrived after a long drive and we were all served some water and wine. The rooms are beautiful although the AC was not up to par for one of the rooms. Along with the service, the meals were excellent. Although you can see off in the distance the autobahn, you could not hear it. The hotel is well located in the vineyard and close to the lake and Venice is less than 2 hours away.

Our stay
Although out of the GPS range, we found this romantic Villa, and were completely surprised! the description did not do justice to their 2 star Michelin restaurant nor to the building, grounds and facilities. This Relais offers a wonderful spa, great massages, their own sparkling wines ( NOT Prosecco) and complete 5 star service. The Villa has been impeccably restored and a very peaceful place. If you do decide to reserve and go, make sure you map out the way before as it is really off the map. The Lake Garda region is worth a visit.

My partner and I spent one lovely night in this Villa. Excellent staff both before our staying and on location: polite, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Big and comfy spa. We had the basic room: nice and well furnished, excellent tv and entertainment centre. Air evacuator in toilet was noisy (solution: close the door), and even more noisy (but very efficient) was the air-blowing heating system (solution: dive under the blankets). Buffet breakfast: very tasty, but not terribly diverse. Park is relaxing, outside pool great (but too cold when we visited in late March). Splendid location: not too hard to reach (with a navigator), immersed in a quite and beautiful speck of countryside. Definitely recommend the place, hope to be back one day.

Amazing peaceful haven
Beautiful hotel and scenery. Ideal as a base for travelling around Lake Garda. Car is a necessity but easy driving. Excellent food and service. Lovely, clean pool. Stayed in basic room which was quite small and lacked long mirror and make up mirror.
