The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. "I needed to stay close to the airport in Milan because I had an early morning flight the next day. Sheraton Malpensa was a perfect choice for me. Although it was expensive but it was a great choice for me and I am pleased with the service and the restaurant and the massage at the spa. Although I would recommend that the spa be more convenient if there was a reception desk or staff to answer phone calls to make appointments. I had to walk there and wait for the masseuse to finish her appointment to come out and address my need for service. Thanks"
