Basin tap was stiff and creaked loudly. Air conditioner made an unusual noise when switched off, every few minutes through the night. Air con unit behind door and door bashed off it when opened. Nespresso Machine didn’t work well. Only 1 coffe cup for 2 person room and no milk. Fridge was warm."
