Daniel was amazing!

We had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and easy to find. Customer service was impeccable. Daniel was excellent at helping us get around. He went out of his way to make our stay here perfect. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends and can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel, great manager - central heating noisy

The place is perfect, sizeable and comfortable room. Didn't try the breakfast, but looks quite basic Italian style. The manager is very friendly and chatty, speaks excellent English, and knows the area very well - he was a great help to us. Some nice restaurants and a huge supermarket a few kms down the road. Only caveat - the central heating system emits a trickling water sound 24/7 - some may find it soothing, but personally, it woke me up more than a few times at night, which made the next day a bit painful.

Tutto ok ma non comprensibile che per la cifra pagata aver trovato un materasso di pessima qualità. Basso e con le molle che puntavano la schiena. Abbiamo fatto 2 notti ma io sono ritornato a casa con la schiena rotta.

Las reseñas engañan... Nada es lo que parece!!!

Reservé por las reseñas, y me encontré lo que en su momento era un club nocturno y actualmente convertido en hotel La habitación que nos dieron 101 muy sucia, polvo por todas partes, arañas, telas de araña de muchos días, cucarachas y mosquitos. Instalaciones muy antiguas, el váter echando agua, la ducha imposible de cerrar, decoración muy fea y anticuada, alfombra muy sucia, un foco de infección, se ve que jamás la lavaron,... lo único bueno que tenía era el aire acondicionado. No nos quejamos el día que hicimos el check in porque si la habitación no está limpia y en condiciones óptimas, que es lo mínimo que se espera de un alojamiento con los precios que tienen, sinceramente lo único que se merece es ponerle una cruz. En fin, una muy mala experiencia, desde luego no volveremos ni se lo recomendamos a nadie porque no son simples detalles, es un fallo imperdonable y no hay excusa que valga. Para nosotros fue un engaño resevar una noche en este sitio.

Fant dette stedet via Hotels.com, når vi lette etter et sted å overnatte på vei nedover i Europa. Dette syntes jeg var veldig bra, høy kvalitet på møbler og inventar. Kanskje ikke topp moderne, men godt renhold og høy kvalitet er bra. Vel verdt pengene. Enkel og god frokost, hyggelig betjening i stille område. Det er en jernbane og vei i nærheten, men den kan du kun høre om du lytter. Ville definitivt kommet tilbake.

A Qualche km da Pavia

Tutto ok, solamente il frigorifero della camera non funzionava. Peccato speravo di tenere l'acqua al fresco. Colazione a buffet ottima ed abbondante.
