Residence dans son jus....

Residence bien située, les appartements sont correct par contre on ressent bien que c est tres vieillissant et pas tres bien entretenu. Le menage est complètement a revoir.Dommage... L equipe est reactif si probleme , ca remonte un peu la note.

Muy agradable y recomendable

Los empleados del alojamiento fueron súper agradables, educados y atentos. En general la limpieza es bastante buena y la única pega fue que tuvimos que alquilar las sábanas y toallas. Destacar la maravilla que es poder descansar en la piscina climatizada después de las rutas increíbles que hicimos en los alrededores del precioso pueblo.

très mauvaise gestion

Appartement loué pour le week end avec en vue de profiter de la piscine et de l'espace Spa. Après nous avoir dit que la piscine était fermée le samedi (départ obligatoire le dimanche avant 10h avec un horaire d état des lieux fixé à 8h45 avec remise des clefs), finalement elle était ouverte mais froide. Accés au Sauna payant, nous demandons l'ouverture et on nous dit non finalement car cela revient trop de cher de le chauffer même en payant !! Je passe sur l'état de l'appartement avec plaque de cuisson où pour préparer un plat chaud il faut s'y prendre la veille.

Positif: Résidence assez proche des télécabines. Surface d'appartement suffisante. Negatif: Il fait très chaud dans les appartements. Ça aurait été appréciable si il y avait le minimum quand on arrive (sel , huile, éponge... mais vraiment rien).

Ce n’est pas un produit hôtelier

Ce n’est pas de l’hôtellerie et ce type de produit ne devrait pas se retrouver sur le site Hôtel.com. J’ai payé 634€ et j’ai pris l’option ménage à 39€. Pour me retrouver dans un studio avec un lit coincé entre un mur et le placard sans pouvoir faire le tour et un matelas médiocre. Pas de TV dans la chambre et canapé inconfortable avec quelques coussins. le prix de la nuitée revient à 96€ sans les taxes de séjour sans aucune prestation hôtellerie ( passage quotidien de remise en état de la chambre) il faut d’ailleurs avant de partir nettoyer le petit coin cuisine et porter les poubelles aux bacs.

A fuir absolument

Les photos sur le site sont mensongères. On nous présente une résidence chaleureuse avec des espaces communs, une cheminée et des appartements chaleureux. Bref rien de tout cela. Un accueil vite fait, on vous remet les draps dans un sac à linge sale qui servira d'ailleurs pour les ramener vous-même à l'accueil le jour du depart. Il faut prendre rendez-vous pour le départ si vous n'êtes pas le premier arrivé, on vous fait partir à 8h du matin. Quand j'ai voulu discuter à l'accueil en disant que j'avais noté que le départ était à 10h. On m'a répondu que si je n'étais pas contente, il fallait que j'aille voir ailleurs, que ça avait toujours été comme ça ! J'ai donc demandé ce qui se passerait si je n'étais pas prête à 8h. La personne de l'accueil m'a répondu que l'on mettrait toutes mes affaires dehors et moi avec !!! Je ne parle pas de l'équipement très sommaire. Notamment au niveau de la vaisselle, de la cuisine. Il faut rendre l'appartement nickel, mais il n'y a même pas de quoi nettoyer. Il faut tout acheter. Il ne faut surtout pas venir. Para moyen de transport quelconque car impossible de transporter tout le nécessaire à l'entretien et à cuisiner. L'état de l'appartement, couvre-lits hyper poussièreux, moisissure sur les fenêtres, meubles très abîmés et très très très vieillots. Bref, dès que l'on arrive, on sait que le séjour va être très glauque. La lumière et l'éclairage sont glauques. Même pas une lampe de chevet ! Dernier éléments un prix indécent pour le service.
