The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. More often they went out of their way to answer questions and assist with our needs. The staff made our stay at New World Millennium over the top.

We have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world for many years, staying in many outstanding hotels. Still, we can confidently say that the level of service we received at the Regent Hong Kong is the best we have ever experienced. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible team at the Regent Club, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Each of them went far above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. What impressed us most was not just their professionalism but their warmth and genuine kindness. Over the course of our stay, they made us feel less like guests and more like family. Whether it was offering thoughtful menu recommendations, remembering our preferences, or taking the time to answer our questions about the best places to visit around Hong Kong. Their hospitality made every visit to the Regent Club something we genuinely looked forward to each day. Beyond the Regent Club, service throughout the hotel was outstanding. My room has dampness smell,couldnt open windows.Although Aircon was working well but that doesn't take the dampness smell out. Overall good views and good location,i just stayed one night, but definitely can't recommend for long stays due to dampness smell in my room.
