Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Le informazioni fornite sul sito sono totalmente false e parimenti false sono le email che il proprietario invia. Infatti ad aprile ho prenotato una settimana di vacanze chiedendo preventivamente se potessero accedere due pincher del peso di tre chili cadauno. Ricevetti risposta di possibilità di accesso, che tale accesso era gratuito avrei dovuto pagare soltanto 35 euro per le pulizie. Orbene all'arrivo (e ho copia della fattura) il proprietario ha preteso, e sottolineo preteso, 15 euro. Inoltre in campeggio era vuoto e senza alcun servizio di quelli descritti. Nulla per i bambini, nessuna animazione. La prima giornata per un guasto non c'era l'acqua calda al bungalow a il proprietario ci ha chiesto di andare a nostre spese alle docce comuni che erano in uno stato di pulizia veramente precario. Comunque, con grande fatica abbiamo ottenuto un gettone gratuito a testa (3) dovendo sentire da parte del proprietario lamentele contro di noi e contro Expedia che gli avrebbe creato danni. Noi invece dobbiamo ringraziare Expedia che ci ha risolto tutti i problemi con grande serietà e professionalità.
